Villa in Stara Boleslav

The villa in the town of Stara Boleslav will stand on a plot close to the historic center. The clients are a wonderful married couple with two little girls. The task was clear: to design a house with a large living room, a hallway, four bedrooms, a study, a room for relaxation and a sauna, while meeting our clients’ high standards as to the functionality and aesthetics of their future home. We conscientiously strove to live up to the task set by the young family, and designed a house of their dreams. |
The villa has two stories above ground and one below. The surrounding terrain having been altered, the basement communicates with the garden and enjoys plenty of light while at the same time proving privacy for moments of comfort in a sauna or a whirlpool tub. location: Stara Boleslav, Czech republic |
